Delivery Time: All orders will be shipped from Tatamy, Pennsylvania, usually within one business day of the order being placed. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the carrier selected.

Refused Shipments or Incorrect Address Policy
If you refuse delivery or provide an undeliverable address as your ship to address and your order is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less 10% and original cost of shipping (even if order was processed with Free Shipping). You may pay to reship your order after providing updates to your ship to address.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

International Shipping - Duties and Fees
Fees and duties incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Flows.com DOES NOT pay for any duties or fees.

Damaged items
All items shipped via package service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) that have been damaged in transit must be refused at delivery or a claim filed within 14 days of receipt from delivery. Please open and inspect all packages upon delivery to identify any damages immediately. No claims can be made without this information and Flows.com will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with Flows.com or the shipping company. Flows.com will not be held responsible for any claims made after 14 days of customer receipt. If damage is not noted upon delivery, we will not be able to receive a damage claim from the freight company to receive money for that damaged product. The customer in turn will not receive a refund or a replacement item.
