Product Description
The EBV Series electric ball valves are full port, stainless steel ball valves with FKM seals. They comply with NSF/ANSI Standard 61. The include a permanently attached compact electric actuator with a capacitive "spring" return. When 12VDC power is provided they fully open in about 3-5 seconds depending on size and line pressure. When the 12VDC power is removed, the stored energy in a capacitor closes the valve.

Optional Indicator Lamp
This indicator lamp confirms that there is power to the valve. It can be used as indication that the valve is open. While this is not actually confirmation of the valve being open, it does confirm that there is power, therefore it should be open. The position indicator can be used for actual verification of the valve's position.
The lamp is bright for clear visibility even across a plant floor. The most common application for this is when using the FLS-10 Line selector. It makes it much easier to for operators to know what line is open.
