Current K-factor: Follow the instructions in the user manual to get the K factor that is set for the meter. If there is a K factor printed or written on the meter DO NOT USE THAT. It may have been changed already.
Actual Volume (known): This is the volume that was actually dispensed - It is the volume of the container that you just filled. Be certain that this known value is accurate. remember in a 5 gallon bucket, it doesn't get filled to the rim with 5 gallons. It is a good idea to run this test many times and take the average.
Metered Value: This is the value that the meter measured while dispensing the Actual Volume.
NEW K-Factor: This is the result. Set your K factor to this value, then run the test again... it should come out exact... or at least much closer.
